How to Request an In-Home Vaccination

If you are home-bound or have difficulty leaving the home safely in order to get vaccinated against COVID-19, you can request an in-home vaccination. Self-referrals and referrals from organizations, agencies, providers, caregivers, family members, and loved ones are all welcome.

Everyone 6 months and older is recommended to receive the updated COVID -19 vaccine!
Adults ages 65 years and older should receive an additional dose of the updated
COVID-19 vaccine at least 4 months after their previous dose.

Los Angeles County residents can sign up for vaccination at home in 2 ways:

Residents with disabilities or without computer access can call 1-833-540-0473 7 days a week for assistance with submitting a request, or
Fill out the online request form (the form has multiple language options)

LA County's homebound vaccination program

Long Beach residents can request for in-home vaccination here or call the COVID-19 Info Line: 562-570-INFO (4636).

Pasadena residents can call the Pasadena Public Health Department at 626-744-6089, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
