Client Engagement and Navigation ServicesSites throughout LA County where staff serve as liaison between state, county, and city agencies and alcohol/drug treatment providers conducting in-person navigation, screening, and linkage to treatment.

(Self-referrals)Any person (or their representative) can contact alcohol/drug treatment providers directly or by using the Online Provider Directory to link into or find out more about treatment options.

No-Cost Treatment Services Eligibility
No-cost substance use treatment services at any provider in the network are available for youth, young adults, and adults regardless of immigration status if the following criteria are met:
- You are a resident of Los Angeles County; and
- You are determined to meet medical necessity based on an assessment; and
- You are enrolled in or eligible for Medi-Cal; or
- You are a participant in the Assembly Bill (AB) 109, CalWORKs, Drug Court, General Relief, and/or Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act (JJCPA) programs and who are commercially insured or otherwise ineligible for Medi-Cal.
