The Parent Ambassador Leaders (PALs) program empowers parents and caregivers to become active in their school community because when families are engaged, children thrive. Research shows that strong parent engagement is linked to better academic performance, improved mental and physical health, and lower rates of risky behavior among students. PALs build the capacity of parents and guardians to support student well-being and strengthen school-community connections.
