The Parent Ambassador Leaders (PALs) is a year-long program that empowers parents and guardians to take an active role in their school communities – because when families are engaged, students thrive. Research shows that strong family engagement is linked to improved academic outcomes, better mental and physical health, and lower rates of risky behaviors among students.

The PALs program builds the capacity of parents and guardians to support student well-being, strengthen school-community connections, and take actions on issues that matter most to their school communities. Participants gain knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience by leading or supporting projects aligned with PALs core focus areas.
