NOTICE OF A SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION
This "Notice" is hereby given to all tenants of this property that a routine rental housing inspection will be conducted at this address. The Los Angeles County Code Chapter 8.53 requires a routine inspection of all rental housing properties and units be conducted once every four years by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Environmental Health Division. The purpose of this inspection is to identify and correct any State local Health and Safety Code violations.

The landlord or local contact representative must be present during the inspection to provide access to each rental housing unit and to address questions the inspector may have about specific conditions at this property.
The tenant has the right to be present during the inspection to share any concerns with the inspector. If the tenant cannot be present, the tenant may agree to the inspection by providing the landlord with a Tenant Consent Form, Tenant Consent Form, which may be found on the Rental Housing Habitability website . When tenants are present, inspections will only be conducted in units where an adult at least 18 years or older is present.
If there is an objection to the Notice of Inspection, a landlord or tenant may seek a pre-compliance review. A pre-compliance judicial review shall be sought in any court in the County of Los Angeles at least 10 calendar days before the inspection date provided on this notice. Any person seeking a pre-compliance judicial review of a Notice of Routine Inspection is required to follow all applicable rules of court, including but not limited to, the time for providing notice to the County Housing Program Chief.
