The vaccine providers listed below can assist your workplace, organization, or special event by setting up a vaccination clinic in the community. If requested, all the providers below can offer both COVID-19 vaccines (including the updated Fall boosters) and the flu vaccine at the same event. If you submit a request by email, please provide your organization name, contact information, and details of your request (proposed dates, locations, and anticipated size). If you are requesting the flu vaccine, please include general information about potential payment types. The provider will work with you directly on the details.
