Acute Communicable Disease Control

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LAC DPH) is currently investigating cases of hepatitis C that might be related to receiving infusions, injections, or procedures at the Westside Multispecialty Medical Group clinic.

LAC DPH recommends that people who have received care at Westside Multispecialty Medical Group clinic between January 2016 and December 2018 be tested for hepatitis C. These people should also be tested for hepatitis B and HIV. Because most people with hepatitis C have no signs of illness, the only way to know if you are infected is to be tested. Free testing for patients of the Westside Multispecialty Medical Group clinic will be available at the Hollywood Wilshire Public Health Center. To arrange for testing, call 213-288-8787. Additional information is provided below.

For questions, call between 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday: 213-288-8787
